  • City Studio (18-20 m2) from 950€/month*

*Price is based on (min 5) Months of stay.

All studios include private bathroom, kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi, workspace, linens (2 sets), towels, gym & sauna access.

What’s Included & Additional Options

Yes — Electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, gym & sauna access, and two (2) sets of towels and bed linen per person.

  • Pet-friendly room (5 Studios): €25/week

  • Monthly Cleaning: 50€ per session

  • Mandatory: Final Departure Cleaning — 75€

One general room cleaning, bathroom sanitizing, floor cleaning, and dusting by housekeeping staff.

Yes — Unity offers a student guarantee. If not admitted, you can cancel free of charge (T&C apply).

No — Unity Helsinki is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studios or balconies. It is only allowed in designated outdoor areas with ashtrays. A €250 fine applies for any violations (T&C apply).

Yes — Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Avoid making noise that could disturb neighbors. Business or professional use of the studio must be approved by Unity in advance.

Yes — Waste must be sorted, wrapped, and placed in designated areas. No garbage in stairwells or common areas.

Studios are cleaned after every stay. If unsatisfactory, contact reception immediately with photos.
