Our student studios are designed for students aged 18 and over. To complete your booking, you’ll need to provide a valid student ID or proof of admission before arrival.
Everything you need to settle in from day one. Your studio comes fully furnished and includes Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and access to our shared spaces and community facilities. Student rooms also include kitchen essentials such as plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, mugs, pots, and pans. Linen, towels, and optional cleaning services can be added during booking for an even smoother stay.
Whether you’re joining us for a semester or an exchange program, student stays at Unity Malmö can be booked for up to six months.
Yes. Our student accommodation is available for stays of 90 nights or longer.
Once you’ve completed the booking process and received a confirmation from our team, your studio is reserved and ready for your arrival.
The first month’s rent and your security deposit are due 14 days before arrival. After that, rent is paid monthly in advance through our secure cashless payment system.
Yes. A refundable deposit of SEK 10,000 is required for each studio. Provided the studio is returned in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear, your deposit will be refunded after your move-out inspection.
We understand that plans can evolve. Flexible bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations closer to your arrival date, booking terms will apply. If you need to make changes to your reservation, our team will be happy to help.
Simply bring a valid passport or government-issued ID, along with your student ID or proof of admission.
Of course. Friends and family are welcome to visit during your stay. To help keep our community safe and comfortable, visitors should be registered at reception before heading to your studio and are expected to follow the house rules, including quiet hours between 22:00 and 09:00.
Yes. You’re welcome to have overnight guests, provided the maximum occupancy of your studio is respected.
At the moment, pets are not permitted in student accommodation at Unity Malmö.
Student residents cannot register Unity Malmö as their permanent address. You can, however, receive mail using the property address together with your studio number.
You’re responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of your studio during your stay. A departure cleaning service is provided by Unity and added to your final bill (SEK 1,500). If you’ve booked weekly cleaning during your stay, the departure cleaning fee is included.
Check-in is available from 15:00 on your day of arrival, and check-out is by 11:00 on your day of departure.
