Role Description:
As a Receptionist, you are the welcoming face of Unity and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience. You will handle front desk duties, food and beverage service and maintain a professional appearance while promoting UNITY’s facilities.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Manage daily front desk duties and guest services.
- Works actively to achieve high guest satisfaction.
- Welcome and assist guests in person, by phone and online.
- Manage guest billing, invoicing and reservations.
- Drive up-selling for rooms, food and beverage and co-working spaces.
We want you to have the following skills:
- Previous experience in reception, hotel or service.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong sense of customer service and problem solving.
- Good computer skills and experience with booking systems (eg Hotsoft, Opera & Nexudus).
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
