Unity is now looking for receptionists at UNITY Malmö. We are looking for day and night receptionists who work full-time or part-time

Role Description:
As a Receptionist, you are the welcoming face of UNITY and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience. You will handle front desk duties, food and beverage service and maintain a professional appearance while promoting UNITY's facilities.

Main areas of responsibility:

·        Manage daily front desk duties and guest services.

·        Works actively to achieve high guest satisfaction.

·        Welcome and assist guests in person, by phone and online.

·        Manage guest billing, invoicing and reservations.

·        Drive up-selling for rooms, food and beverage and co-working spaces.

We want you to have the following skills:

·        Previous experience in reception, hotel or service.

·        Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

·        Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

·        Strong sense of customer service and problem solving.

·        Good computer skills and experience with booking systems (eg Hotsoft, Opera & Nexudus).

·        Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
