You’ll be staying in a fully furnished studio apartment designed for flexible, comfortable living.

Please take care of your apartment during your stay, just as you would in your own home.
Do not attach anything to the walls
All studios are equipped with a kitchenette for everyday cooking.
- Always use the kitchen fan when cooking
- Wash dishes after use and keep the kitchen tidy
- Run the dishwasher when full and empty before check-out
- Dispose of waste regularly. You can bring them to the reception, do not leave them in the corridor
- Kitchen equipment must remain in your apartment and be returned clean after use.
Daily cleaning is not included.
For stays shorter than 7 nights, cleaning is provided after departure. For stays of more than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning is included. Reception will provide you with the cleaning date. This cleaning cannot be rescheduled or declined.
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your belongings are neatly put away and all surfaces are accessible. During the cleaning (approximately 45 minutes), you are kindly asked to leave the apartment. We don’t clean the studio if guests are inside.
The weekly cleaning includes a light service:
- Horizontal surfaces are wiped, and mirrors/glass sections are cleaned
- Linen and towels are changed
- The kitchenette is cleaned
- Toilet and shower are cleaned, and toilet paper is refilled
- Floors are vacuumed or wiped
- Additional cleaning and extra towels are available at an additional cost
- All additional cleaning tasks have chargeable fee
Please manage your own waste during your stay. When you need to dispose of waste, you can take them to our waste collection room which is in the parking hall (P4 area). Access to the waste collection room with the room key only. Please do not leave trash bags in the corridors or anywhere around the property. Do not use trash cans in the property’s outdoor areas for household waste.
Before check-out, make sure all waste is gathered.
Paid parking garage is available on site.
Get access to underground parking garage at Unity Tampere.
The address for the entrance is:
Trikookuja (P3), 33230 Tampere. If you arrive from city center, turn left before our building.
You can drive directly into the parking garage. If you wish to have the parking fee to your room bill, inform your car’s registration plate number to reception staff at check in.
You can also use the eParking application for parking and payment
(available from the App Store and Google Play).
If you need to charge electric car, eParking app is needed. This fee can’t be paid in reception. More information next to chargers.
Parking costs 15 € per day, 60 € per week or 125 € per month.
Served daily in Café Aitoleipä (opposite of the reception)
– Monday-Friday: 7 am to 10 am
– Saturday-Sunday: 7:30 am to 11 am
Gym and lounge area” Piippukabinetti” are available for your use.
Saunas are available daily separately for men and women. Please check sauna’s schedule at reception. Bring your own towel from the studio.
Coworking Spaces is available for an additional fee.
Please clean up after yourself.

Spaces is open daily from 7 am till 11 pm.
Common laundry room is located in the building next to the reception.

Our reception is available daily from 7 am till 10 pm, just stop by if you need anything.
No smoking or drugs
Violation results in fines and termination of stay
Pet-friendly studios are available by request (due to availability).
Please be in direct contact with us before arrival.
Pet fee is 20,00 € / week
Please do not leave your pet alone in the studio. You are responsible for the pet not disturbing other guests.
Always use the kitchen fan when cooking and don’t leave the food unattended while cooking. Smoke may trigger the fire alarm and cause a full building evacuation.

False alarm fee from 1200 € (will be charge from the guest)
