Unity Tampere is located in Pyynikki, a scenic nature reserve district close to Tampere’s city centre. Local buses and trams make central Tampere reachable in minutes, with connections across the city.

Once upon a time, this was a factory where socks and knitwear were made. The area also boasts Tampere’s most popular recreation areas with outdoor trails, a marked nature trail and an observation tower with famous doughnuts.

On-site facilities include gym, sauna, study spaces, café, rooftop terrace and shared social areas for daily use. Each studio comes with a washer and dryer.

Our student studios are designed for students aged 18 and over. To complete your booking, you’ll need to provide a valid student ID or proof of admission before arrival.

Everything you need to settle in from day one. Your studio comes fully furnished and includes Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and access to our shared spaces and community facilities. Student rooms also include kitchen essentials such as plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, mugs, pots, and pans. Linen, towels, and optional cleaning services can be added during booking for an even smoother stay.

Yes. Our student accommodation is available for stays of 90 nights or longer.

Once you’ve completed the booking process and received a confirmation from our team, your studio is reserved and ready for your arrival.

The first month’s rent and your security deposit are due 14 days before arrival. After that, rent is paid monthly in advance through our secure cashless payment system.

Yes. A refundable deposit of €1,000 is required for each studio. Provided the studio is returned in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear, your deposit will be refunded after your move-out inspection.

We understand that plans can evolve. Flexible bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations closer to your arrival date, booking terms will apply.

Simply bring a valid passport or government-issued ID, along with your student ID or proof of admission.

Of course. Friends and family are welcome to visit during your stay. To help keep our community safe and comfortable, visitors should be registered at reception before heading to your studio and are expected to follow the house rules, including quiet hours between 22:00 and 09:00.

Yes. You’re welcome to have overnight guests, provided the maximum occupancy of your studio is respected.

We know pets are family too. Selected pet-friendly studios are available at Unity Tampere. Just get in touch with our team before arrival and we’ll help find the right option for you. Additional fees apply.

Student residents cannot register Unity Tampere as their permanent address. You can, however, receive mail using the property address together with your studio number.

You’re responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of your studio during your stay. A departure cleaning service is provided by Unity and added to your final bill (€150). If you’ve booked weekly cleaning during your stay, the departure cleaning fee is included.

Check-in is available from 15:00 on your day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 noon on your day of departure.
